I can't see the Clocks icon. Clocks lives only in the menu bar and has no Dock icon or main window. Look for the clock at the right side of the menu bar and click it to open the list.
How do I go back to my local time in the menu bar? Click the Clocks item in the menu bar to open the list, then right-click the selected city and choose Show Local Time in Menu Bar.
